THOUGH CHRISTMAS theoretically continues until January 6 – twelve days after Christmas Day, to mark Jesus’s age when he was said to be visited by the Three Wise Men – the pressures of the modern world mean most of us are back at work today.
January 2 therefore means you’re probably not likely to spend much more on the ‘Christmas’ holiday – and whatever you spend from now on will probably be the same amount as you might spend at any other time of the year.
So, this morning we’re quite simply asking – did you spend more or less than you expected to?
