My resolution is to be a better person. I ended 2021 as a colossal pain in the h0le (according to my wife), so the only way is up. Merry New Year!

Have never done
I enjoy setting goals, reviewing them monthly, revising as necessary and evaluating the results at the end of the year. A motivating and helpful process for me, I usually hit about 80pct of the goals each year, bring some across year on year, and always leave one goal open as room for something new. This has given some interesting results over the years.
Goalsetting works for some and not others, it certainly does for me and I will keep with the tradition!
