THE GOVERNMENT IS going to bring in a law making it illegal for women to be paid to be a surrogate mother.

The Sunday Business Post reports that the new rules will allow for surrogacy – where a woman carries a baby and subsequently gives it up – but that no money will be allowed to change hands.

What do you think? Should women who choose to be surrogates be paid?
