AS THE EXODUS of people from war torn areas of North Africa and the Middle East continues, European politicians have yet to form a binding policy.

In Ireland, there has been suggestions from government ministers that Ireland could take up to 1,800 refugees. More than the 600 originally agreed.

But again, there’s no clarity yet.

Both Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin have now called for the Dáil to return from the summer recess a fortnight early to debate the crisis. Do you think it should meet this week?

Today’s question, Should the Dáil be recalled to discuss the refugee crisis?

Poll Results:

Yes (3647)
The Dáil should come back, but there are more pressing issues (1611)
No (1192)
Not sure (94)
