RTÉ HAS RELEASED the official trailer for the brand new Irish version of The Traitors.
The reality show, which will be hosted by Siobhán Sweeney, promises “chaos, suspicion and stylish skulduggery”.
It will follow a group of strangers in Slane Castle trying to win €50,000 without getting ‘murdered’ or banished. The Traitors walk amongst them, sowing doubt and deceit.
As tension rises and alliances crumble, viewers will be left asking: who’s lying, who’s loyal and who’s next?
The Traitors Ireland will officially premiere on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player on Sunday, 31 August.
There will also be an after show, The Traitors Ireland Uncloaked, where Kevin McGahern will divulge behind the scenes secrets. He’ll be joined by celebrity guests for analysis and reaction.
The format has been a huge hit in territories around the world, particularly in the US and in the UK, where the show airs on BBC.
