A MAN IN his 30s is to appear in court tomorrow morning, charged with the fatal stabbing of David Spain in Dublin on St Stephen’s Day.
The accused is expected at a sitting of Bray District Court, gardaí said tonight.
A second victim, named locally as Seán Turner, is recovering in hospital.
Both men were found injured on a road in the Rathsallagh Park estate in the early hours of Thursday morning. They had both attended a Christmas party where an altercation was said to have spilled out onto the street.
The deceased was 26-years-old and had recently arrived home from Australia.
