A CROWD OF people held a street party last night in support of an inmate who has been protesting on the roof of a Manchester prison for three days.

Stuart Horner was jailed for life in 2012 for the murder of his uncle. Tonight he is facing his third night on the roof of the HMP Manchester in what he claims is a protest over prison conditions, BBC reports.

Prison officials have already tried to get him down using a cherry picker but Horner managed to evade them.
