TEMPERATURES ARE SET to reach up to 20 degrees this weekend with next week looking to hit into the mid 20s.
This evening isn’t getting us off to a great start with scattered showers, some heavy and even the possibility of isolated thunderstorms in places.
However, the rain is set to die away tonight with a sunny start tomorrow morning.
While temperatures are set to hit 20 degrees on Saturday – that won’t keep the rain away. Met Eireann is forecasting that showers will become widespread in the afternoon.
Sunday will also be warm with good sunshine and highs of 20 degrees but heavy thundery showers are expected during the afternoon.
Temperatures are set to soar up to 22 degrees early next week with Thursday looking particularly hot, it’s expected to be dry and sunny with highest temperatures of 24 degrees.
