Teenager travelling on scrambler killed in collision at Citywest

Gardaí and emergency services responded to the scene at approximately 8pm.

A MAN IN his late teens has died following a fatal road traffic collision in Dublin yesterday evening. 

The collision occurred between a scrambler motorbike and a car at Citywest, Dublin 24 yesterday.

Gardaí and emergency services responded to the scene at approximately 8pm.

The man, who was travelling on the scrambler motorbike, was taken to Tallaght Hospital following the incident. 

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Citywest, Dublin 24 yesterday, Sunday 20th April 2025.

A post-mortem examination will take place in due course.

There were no other injuries reported.

Garda Forensic Collision Investigators have conducted a technical examination of the scene and the road has since been reopened.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident to come forward.
