IT STARTED OUT as a normal meeting for the Taoiseach, Justice Minister and Garda Commissioner as they made their way to the Garda Headquarters in the Phoenix Park to discuss the ongoing Justice Reform Programme.
It was windy (thank you Storm Rachel) but the three appeared professional and composed.
It was not to last.
After Enda Kenny finished checking out Garda Commissioner Noirin O’Sullivan’s shoes….
We spotted the trio having quite the chuckle at some poor unfortunate woman who feverishly attempted to battle with her unruly umbrella as the elements proved too much.
Going…
Going…
Gone!
In fairness Kenny even put his hand out to help at one stage but as far as O’Sullivan and Fitzgerald are concerned…wipe those smirks!
