This week: Tomorrow is Pancake Tuesday, also known as The Best Day of The Year for fans of flour, eggs and milk. And hell, it’s still a pretty good day even if you’re only an occasional fan of pancakes.
Half the fun is in making them: do you flip ‘em? Make them paper thin or as thick as you can ? Eat them when they’re just set or wait a bit longer?

But whether they’re thick or thin, once they’re actually made, the dilemma always exists: what do you put onto your pancake? Families have been torn apart over less.
So ahead of Pancake Tuesday, today we’re asking: What do you like to put on your pancakes?
