Tie down those wheelie bins ... it's going to get fierce windy out there tonight

Gusts of 110km are on the way.

Met Eireann has issued a status yellow wind warning for tonight.

The alert is in place for Connacht, Donegal, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick.

West to southwest winds are expected to gust 90 to 109 km/hr this evening and tonight.
