Woman (70s) dies after crash last week in Co Kerry

The collusion occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, 18 September, at approximately 1:45pm.

A WOMAN IN her 70s has died following a single-vehicle road traffic collision in Co Kerry.

The collision occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, 18 September, at approximately 1:45pm. The woman was driving on the R557 at Ballyhorgan West, Lixnaw in Co Kerry when the crash happened.

She was brought to University Hospital Kerry. She has now passed away. No other injuries were reported.

Gardaí are appealing got any witnesses to come forward to help them in their investigation.
