POLICE IN LONDON have arrested radio DJ Neil Fox, known as ‘Dr Fox’, over alleged historical sex offences.
In a statement, police said officers from Westminster this morning arrested a 53-year-old man following allegations of sexual assaults on two women.
Reports claim that he was arrested in Soho at the studios of Magic FM. He remains in custody at a central London police station.
Officers today searched an address in SW6 and in the Liittlehampton area of West Sussex in connection with the investigation. Police said this investigation is not part of Operation Yewtree, which focuses on allegations linked to Jimmy Savile.
