#ALGERIA A military plane crashed in Algeria killing all 103 people on board the aircraft. The plane was carrying soldiers and their families when it crashed in poor weather conditions.

#UK An eleven-month-old baby girl was killed after being mauled by a pet dog in England. A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect.

#BELGIUM Tax loopholes in several EU states will be fully investigated by the European Union, according to the head of Competition Policy at the European Commission, Joaquín Alumnia.
