In full: The Report of the Hillsborough Independent Panel

You can now read the report on the Hillsborough stadium disaster in full that has been published today in full.

THE INDEPENDENT PANEL tasked with examining 450,000 documents related to the Hillsborough disaster of 1989 in which 96 people died has published its full report today.

The report is 396 pages and was released to the families of those who lost their lives in the disaster this morning before being released to the press shortly after midday.
