Man arrested in connection to the death of pensioner James Mulqueen in 2009

James Mulqueen was 92-years-old when he died five years ago.

A MAN IN his 50s has been arrested in connection with the death of a a 92-year-old man, James Mulqueen in 2009.

Gardaí in Newcastle West, County Limerick have been investigating the death of Mulqueen who died at his home in Ballymakery, Kilcolman, County Limerick on 23 October 2009.

A man was arrested this morning in the Limerick Area.

He is currently detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Henry Street Garda Station.
