1. #MONEY MONEY MONEY: Irish Water says only ‘exceptional workers’ will get 19% bonuses after it emerged that staff who are listed as ‘needing improvement’ could still get pay boosts.

2.#PHEW: Ebola has been ruled out in the case of a woman who was taken to the National Isolation Unit in the Mater Hospital today. The Spanish nurse who was the first person outside Africa to be infected with the virus has now tested negative.

3. #U2:  Larry Mullen and his partner have failed to have legal proceedings against their accountant fast-tracked to the Commercial Court. They claim the accountancy firm lost them more than €11 million as a result of the firm not advising them properly.

4. #ABUSE CLAIMS: Taoiseach Enda Kenny says he thinks Sinn Féin’s treatment of Maíria Cahill is ‘utterly despicable’. Cahill claims she was raped by a member of the IRA and then interrogated by the organisation.

5. #JOBSWATCH: Almost 500 jobs are on the way to Dungloe in Co Donegal over the next 5 years after global healthcare company, Randox Teoranta, announced a €25 million investment in its plant in the town.
