Bank of Ireland says customers have received payments after earlier delay
The bank has apologised for any inconvenience caused.

BANK OF IRELAND said it has resolved an issue that resulted in some customers not receiving payments into their accounts today.
A spokesperson told TheJournal.ie the delay experienced by customers earlier today “has now been resolved and the funds have now been credited to customer accounts”.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused,” they added.
The bank earlier said it was “working to rectify the issue as soon as possible”.
It did not comment on how many people were affected or what caused the issue.
