GARDAÍ HAVE THANKED the public for its assistance after a 16-year-old boy who was missing from Co Meath was found safe and well.

Callum McGill went missing from Bettystown, Co Meath, on Friday.

Gardaí announced on Thursday that he has been located safe and well.

“An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance with this matter,” a spokesperson for the force said.
