1. The rate at which women are receiving a first-time HIV diagnosis in Ireland rose sharply in 2024, new data has revealed.

5. The proposal to rename Herzog Park in Rathgar is set to be withdrawn from Dublin City Council after criticism from Government and Israeli and US politicians.

6. The Christmas bonus payments are to be paid to approximately 1.5m people this week.
