Would you use ChatGPT to shop for Christmas presents?

The chatbot can now generate shopping guides based on users’ preferences and budgets.

AI CHATBOT CHATGPT has introduced a new “shopping research” tool that generates gift guides on request.

OpenAI’s latest feature is being rolled out ahead of the festive season, with unlimited use available “to help with holiday shopping”.

It says the tool can break down product options based on past conversations or new prompts and create a personalised buyer’s guide within minutes.

Future plans for the feature involve users being able to purchase products directly through ChatGPT with shops that participate in an ‘instant checkout’ service.

So, we want to know your thoughts: Would you use ChatGPT to shop for Christmas presents?
