THE HIGH WATERS rendered some Cork roads impassable and caused problems for many business and home owners.
However, some people have just got on with things, going about their everyday business, just like any other… except they’re in a kayak.
These kayakers were spotted out for a paddle on the South Mall in Cork last night.
But they didn’t stop there. Refused to be defeated by the floods, they decided to go about their normal errands. As you do.
First thing’s first. For a good night on the town, cash is needed, so time to hit the hole in the wall.
And we’re off.
Nothing like a cold pint of the black stuff in the middle of a storm.
Even better when you share it with friends.
While some were enjoying their pints, others wanted to do a spot of shopping.
What a night, lads! Everyone say cheese!
