ACTOR DANIEL ‘DANO’ Doyle, who had been in hospital for over a week, has died.
It is understood that Doyle had been admitted to the Mater Hospital in Dublin on Friday 15 June. Independent.ie has reported that Doyle was found unresponsive in his cell before being admitted to hospital.
He subsequently died in hospital earlier today.
Doyle was sentenced to two years in prison last February for the possession of drugs.
He had featured on RTÉ’s drama Love/Hate. Before going to prison he had been an online fitness coach.
