Full judgement: What the US judge ruled on former Anglo boss David Drumm
The 122 page ruling is damning in its assessment of Drumm’s testimony.

LAST NIGHT A MASSACHUSETTS judge denied former Anglo CEO David Drumm the right to go bankrupt in the US.

Judge Frank Bailey said Drumm engaged in “outright lies” as part of his bankruptcy bid and described him as “a man casting about for any plausible answer but the truth”.
