LOCATED IN NAVAN, Co Meath, Dunville is a new development of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
The asking price for a three-bed terraced property is €264,000, while semi-detached three-beds are on the market for €285,000. Prices for other properties in the development, including a two-bed bungalow and four-bed semi-detached home, are available on application.
These family homes are designed with space, light and functionality in mind, with large living areas, bedrooms and kitchens. Some of the three bedroom homes are built with attic trusses to facilitate future conversions, subject to planning permission.
On entering the four-bedroom home, you’ll find a bathroom is to the right, while a family room with patio access is straight ahead. Continuing down the hallway, there’s an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a utility room.
The contemporary kitchens come complete with multiple appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, while the utility room provides space for a washing machine and dryer. There’s a second dining area in the main reception room.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. Each bedroom comes complete with grey contemporary wardrobes, while the master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe.
All homes at Dunville are A-rated for energy efficiency and have solar panels fitted to the roof, as well as triple glazed windows. All windows and doors feature a three-point locking system, and a night vent security latch.
Navan town is a 10-minute drive from the development, with a selection of primary and secondary schools within close proximity. For commuters, the drive to Dublin city centre will take about an hour, while the Navan Express bus runs nearby.
