Would you commute by ferry?

An all-electric ferry service is planning to launch in Cork in 2027.

Harbour Link has announced that a new all-electric passenger ferry service in Cork is in the “advanced stages of planning”.

The proposed route will connect 17 locations across Cork City and Cork Harbour.

Harbour Link says the commuter service will alleviate traffic congestion and improve access to the stadium on big-match days.

So today we want to know, if you had the option: Would you commute by ferry?

Poll Results:

I'd definitely take the ferry (4466)
Maybe, if it was convenient (3007)
