Gardaí renew appeal for witnesses to fatal collision in Ashbourne

The motorcyclist killed in the incident on the M2 on Friday evening has been identified by gardaí.

GARDAÍ IN ASHBOURNE, Co Meath, investigating a collision that occurred on Friday evening involving a motorcyclist on the M2 today renewed their appeal for witnesses.

The deceased man has been named as 26-year-old Bartosz Borowiec, from Ashbourne.

Gardaí would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this collision at approximately 7.30pm travelling Northbound on the M2 between the St. Margarets exit and the Ashbourne/Ratoath exit.

Witnesses are asked to contact the garda station in Ashbourne on 01-8010600, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
