Gay Byrne does NOT look impressed with Stephen Fry talking about an 'evil God'

He even asked Fry, “You think you’re going to get in on that?”

STEPHEN FRY APPEARS on The Meaning of Life with Gay Byrne this coming Sunday.

When asked – as all guests are – what he’d say to God if he got to the ‘pearly gates’ of heaven, Fry had quite a lot to say:

“I’ll say bone cancer in children…what’s that about? How dare you? How dare you create a world with such misery that is not our fault.

It’s not right. It’s utterly utterly evil. Why should I respect a capricious, mean minded, stupid God who creates a world which is so full of injustice and pain.

Gay then asked, “You think you’re going to get in on that?”

However…he didn’t look all that impressed with Fry’s response:

Here’s a look at the final question for yourself, which Gay called, “the longest answer to that question I ever got in this series”:

The Meaning of Life with Gay Byrne will be aired this Sunday at 10:30pm.
