TRYING TO FIGURE out if your budget will stretch further in Wilton or in Douglas? Want to know the right questions to ask the estate agent at your next house viewing?

The house-buying journey is a minefield of questions and decisions, from the moment you consider applying for a mortgage to the final decisions on what colours to paint the walls.

After a sell-out night in Dublin, the Feels Like Home Event with Glenveagh Homes and TheJournal.ie is making its way to Cork. Join us at 6pm on Thursday September 12 at Millennium Hall in Cork’s City Hall for an evening of exclusive tips on how to tackle home buying like a seasoned pro. (Plus, there’ll be wine and nibbles on hand.)

On the night, you’ll hear how to:

  • Take the stress out of mortgage approval, from the experts at KBC Bank
  • Find the right home, fast – and ace your next house viewing, from Breffnie O’Kelly, buyer’s agent
  • Tell a good location from a great one, from Ronan McKenna, sales director at Glenveagh Homes

All that, plus interior design tips, exclusive market insights and more.

Tickets for the event are totally free, but registration is essential – you can do so on Eventbrite right here.

The night will close with an audience Q&A, and there’ll be a chance to chat face-to-face with the speakers and exhibitors afterwards.

The Feels Like Home Event with Glenveagh Homes and TheJournal.ie takes place on Thurs September 12 at Millennium Hall in Cork’s City Hall, with wine and refreshments served on the night. Doors open at 6pm. Tickets are free but registration is essential – you can register on Eventbrite right here.
