REDDIT USER DOUBLECLOVERLEAF was sick of his old computer mouse.
Given that it was something he used everyday, he wanted it to look good.
Using a design he uploaded to GrabCad, and the electronics from inside his 20 year old PC mouse, he set about making something new.
Made out of a combination of oak and aluminium, doublecloverleaf used a caliper to make the dimensions of the new mouse fit the electronics of the old one
The mouse took about a week to make and its designer says he’s now thinking of making a full keyboard to match.
One thing’s for sure, it’s certainly prettier than the old one.
