How are you?

Conas atá tú?

IT’S SOMETHING WE ask all the time, often out of habit and without much thought. Likewise, it’s a question we don’t answer seriously when we’re the ones who are asked.

But when we ask and listen to the answer, it can encourage the people we care about to open up about their mental health.

Today, Mental Health Ireland is encouraging people to ask, ‘Hello, how are you?’ as a small but meaningful step toward normalising conversations around mental health.

So tell us: How are you?
