Check out these newly released homes in Kildare starting at just €285,000

A small number of two and three-bedroom homes are now available at Ledwill Park in Kilcock.

LOOKING FOR A stylish family home in a lively community with great links to Dublin? The answer could be in a limited new release of two and three-bedroom homes at Ledwill Park.

The development in Kilcock, Co Kildare, has been something of a success story since launching in spring 2019. With more than 130 homes sold so far, and the first buyers already well settled in, developer Glenveagh Homes are this month releasing a small number of additional terraced and semi-detached homes.

When complete, Ledwill Park will consist of around 430 homes a short stroll from the bustling town centre of Kilcock.

It’s a community where a road, a canal, a railway and a river run side-by-side, and consequently boasts excellent transport links. There’s an Irish Rail service from Kilcock to Dublin, and the InterCity service takes approximately 45 minutes to Connolly Station.

For drivers, the M4 interchange is less than five minutes’ drive away and time to the city centre is 40 minutes (off-peak), while Dublin Airport is a 30 minute drive.

There are three primary schools in the area including one Gaelscoil, along with Scoil Dara, a secondary school on Church Street. Maynooth University is also located only five kilometres away and is easy to reach by both train and car.

The town of Kilcock has a variety of restaurants where new residents can enjoy a quiet drink in the local pub and tasty homemade breakfast in some of their award-winning cafes, along with delicious French cuisine in the local bistro.

The homes feature fitted contemporary kitchens by Gallagher Kitchens and have been designed to make the most of natural light.

For this latest release, two-bedroom terraced homes start at €285,000 and span 86 square metres (926 square feet). Three-bedroom terraced homes start at €300,000, while semi-detached three-bedroom homes are priced from €330,000. The three-bedroom units range from 103 to 112 square metres (1,109 to 1,205 square feet).

Each home is powered by a heat pump system which is thermostatically controlled, and are all A-rated and incorporate sustainable and renewable energy that will help homeowners to have lower energy costs.
