Man arrested after woman reports alleged assault in taxi
The man was subsequently released and a file is being sent to the DPP.
A MAN HAS been arrested and a file sent to the DPP after a woman reported she was assaulted by him.
Gardaí in Leixlip received the report of an assault, which was alleged to have taken place on the morning of 19 September.
It is understood that the incident occurred in a taxi in Dublin in the early hours of the morning.
A man was subsequently arrested by gardaí and questioned.
He was released and a file is being sent to the DPP.
