Man in serious condition after early morning assault in Bray

The man, aged in his 20s, was brought to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

A MAN IS in serious condition in hospital after a serious assault in Bray in the early hours of this morning. 

The assault occurred on the Dublin Road, Bray, Co Wicklow. Gardaí and emergency services responded to the incident at around 1:25am.

The man, aged in his 20s, was brought to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment of his injuries. 

The scene was preserved for technical examination which has been completed.

“Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information in relation to this incident or who may have video footage to contact Bray Garda Station on (01) 666 5300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station,” a spokesperson said.

“Investigations are ongoing.”
