THE BODY OF a man has been discovered at a house in Carrigaline in Cork with what’s believed to be gunshot wounds.

The body was discovered at around 3pm this afternoon at a house at Ashbourne Court. The man, who was in his thirties, was pronounced dead at the scene.

His body remains at the scene pending the arrival of the State Pathologist and members of the Garda Technical Bureau.
