Dublin gym shooting victim still in critical condition

Gardaí are searching for a silver Mini that may be associated with the crime.

A MAN WHO was shot at a gym in north Dublin this morning is said to be still in a critical condition in hospital.

The victim, a male in this 30s, was shot at a premises at the Ballybogan Industrial Estate in Glasnevin at about 10.40am. He was taken by ambulance to the Mater Hospital, where he remains.

The scene has been sealed off pending a full technical examination.

Gardaí in Cabra are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the shooting or who may have seen a silver-colour Mini with a Northern Ireland registration place leaving in the direction of Finglas to contact them on 01 666 7400.
