Elderly woman arrested after man in his 70s stabbed

The man is in a serious condition in Tallaght hospital.

A MAN IS his mid 70s is in hospital with serious injuries to his abdominal after being stabbed at his home this evening.

It happened in Monksfield Downs in Clondalkin at around 5:30pm.

A woman in her 70s has been arrested and is being held at Ballyfermot Garda Station.

The man is in a serious condition in Tallaght hospital.
