A SEARCH IS under way for a missing person in Ballincollig, Co Cork, with a team of naval divers combing the River Lee in the area this morning.
The divers, who arrived at the scene around 8am this morning, are focusing their efforts around the Regional Park area of the town.
They were deployed in response to a request from gardaí, who confirmed to TheJournal.ie that a search was taking place in the area. However, they could not confirm the identity of the missing person.
