Poll: How do you feel about the wearing of novelty socks?

Give it to us straight. Be honest.

WE’RE NOT SURE why the subject of novelty socks has popped into our heads today.

(Yes, there are BOTH maple leaves and Mounties on the Taoiseach’s socks at his meeting with the Canadian PM.)

How do you feel about the wearing of novelty socks in general?

Poll Results:

I think they should be worn at every given opportunity (3655)
There are a number of occasions where they are appropriate (3487)
They should never be worn (1931)
Only at Christmas (1409)
