IRELAND RUNS ON small businesses, and great businesses are built on great people. Christmas is an important opportunity to recognise your employees for their contribution throughout the year.

But it can also be one of the busiest periods of the year for business owners and decision-makers. Between budgets, workloads and end-of-year priorities, finding a reward that is easy for your business to organise and genuinely valued by your employees can be another job on an already long list.

An Post Business Gifting gives you a simple way to order One4all Gift Cards online, with the choice of physical cards or digital delivery. If you prefer to purchase in person, One4all Gift Cards are also available at your local post office.

For your business, convenience is an important part of the appeal. For your employees, the value lies in choice and flexibility, giving them the freedom to use their reward in a way that suits them.

One4all Chip & PIN Gift Cards (gift cards which are loaded with €150 or more) can now be swapped online for a Prepaid Visa card. This gives recipients even greater flexibility to spend locally or abroad, online or in-store, on bills or thrills.

The Small Benefit Exemption can also help you make more of your employee reward budget. Under the exemption, employers can give an employee up to five non-cash benefits each year without the employee paying Income Tax, PRSI or USC, provided the combined value does not exceed €1,500.

Ultimately, the right Christmas reward should be straightforward for your business to organise and genuinely useful for your employees. An Post Business Gifting brings those needs together, making it easier to recognise your team while giving them greater choice in how they use their reward.

Today we want to know… When choosing a Christmas reward for your employees, what matters most to you?
