A PARKING TICKET stuck under a windscreen wiper is never a welcome sight, but how about facing this after a stay in hospital?
One woman in Australia arrived back to her car after spending a few days in hospital with her nine-week-old son to see that slip of paper.
“After those days in hospital, a parking ticket was one more thing that I didn’t need,” she wrote in an anonymous post on Canberra Mums.
“To my surprise, when I opened the envelope there was a note from a lovely lady named Laura.”
It read:
Hi there, I saw your car had a parking ticket on it, I’m sure whatever you are going through at hospital is tough enough so I have paid for you. Hope things get better!
It also contained details of payment.
“I hope that Laura sees this and knows how much I appreciate her support,” the mother added.
We salute you, Laura.
