A FOUR BEDROOM detached residence, Parsil House is a family home located in the commuter village of Maynooth, Co Kildare.
The double-fronted property overlooks the historic grounds of St Patrick’s College, with Maynooth University and Maynooth town centre just a short stroll away.
Built in 2005, Parsil House spans 1,900 sq ft and offers well-proportioned accommodation in both terms of bedroom and living space, while there is also a log cabin home office in the rear garden.
To the left of the entrance hall is the living room, which boasts a feature marble fireplace and bay window. The majority of the ground floor features oak flooring.
Double doors lead from here to the dining room, and in turn to the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is fitted with bespoke oak Shaker-style units, tiled flooring and has ample storage space. A utility room, family room and bathroom complete the downstairs accommodation.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is to the rear of the property. It features a spacious en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and timber flooring. Each of the remaining three bedrooms features fitted wardrobes and timber flooring, with one more en-suite bathroom and a newly installed family bathroom also on this floor.
Outside, there’s plenty of space to soak up the sun during the warmer months in the south-east facing rear garden, which features a paved patio area for al fresco dining. To the front, there is paved off-street parking for at least two cars.
In the town centre, which can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes, there are multiple shops, bars and restaurants – as well as a number of primary and secondary schools.
Similarly, the nearby Maynooth railway station provides a direct and easy service to Dublin city centre – meaning you’ll never be far from whatever you need.
