Pedestrian dies in Co Roscommon
A FEMALE PEDESTRIAN in her 50s has died after being struck by a car in Ballydangan, Co Roscommon. The incident occurred at around 6pm yesterday evening, according to RTÉ. AA Roadwatch reports: “The Old N6 Ballinsloe/Athlone Rd(R446) is closed at Beaghamore until further notice”. Diversions are in place.
