Poll: Have you been shopping in the January sales?

There was disappointment yesterday when figures showed Christmas shopping failed to boost retails sales in November, so were you waiting for the January sales?

FIGURES RELEASED YESTERDAY showed that, despite the Christmas rush, there was no change in retail sales between November and October, with business groups predicting job losses in the sector if it fails to pick up.

Though figures for December have yet to be released, retailers are hoping they show an improvement, but many shoppers may have been waiting to nab the bargains in the January sales.

So we want to know: Have you been shopping in the January sales?
