Poll: Who should be British Prime Minister - Theresa May or Andrea Leadsom?

The Tory leadership race is down to two women.

IT’S BEEN A tense week for British politics as the battle to replace David Cameron got underway.

After voting by Conservative party members, the candidates have been whittled down to two women: Theresa May and Andrea Leadsom.

Bookies say that the more experienced May is the favourite, though Leadsom has more grassroots support. May is seen as a safe pair of hands – though she has had her moments of controversy within the party - while Leadsom is a fresh face, but her lack of experience could also see her losing votes.

But what do you think: Who should be British Prime Minister – Theresa May or Andrea Leadsom?

Poll Results:

Theresa May (4878)
I don't care (3771)
Andrea Leadsom (1369)
