Gardaí seek witnesses to rush hour crash on Red Cow slip road

A black hatchback drove up a slip road – the wrong way – before colliding with a second car, leaving a woman in hospital.

GARDAÍ HAVE ISSUED an appeal for witnesses to a two-car collision at Dublin’s busy Red Cow roundabout at the onset of the evening rush hour.

A black hatchback is reported to have driven against oncoming traffic up a one-way slip road at the Red Cow M50-N7 junction, before colliding with a second car, leaving a woman in her 30s in hospital.

The incident occurred at around 4:45pm this afternoon.

Gardaí say the offending vehicle had earlier been seen driving erratically between the South Circular Road and the Naas Road.
