A MAN HAS appeared in court this morning charged in connection with a theft that took place at Bad Bob’s in Temple Bar, Dublin on Sunday evening.
It is understood that a substantial amount of cash was taken from a safe in the late bar and nightclub on the evening of 11 August, while the premises was open.
After it closed, staff members realised that the money, which is understood to total over €20,000, had been taken from the safe and informed gardaí. As part of the investigation, gardaí had been examining CCTV footage from the night.
The man who was arrested in Dublin appeared at the Criminal Court of Justice this morning.
