Santa asks children to get their letters in soon so he can reply to as many as possible

Santa said his friends in An Post are helping him to reply to as many children’s letters as possible.

SANTA HAS REMINDED all the children in Ireland to post their letters as soon as possible so that he has time to reply.

In his very own letter to the children of Ireland, Santa has sent his Season’s Greetings from the North Pole and revealed that “letters are pouring in from all around the world”.

“I would like to remind all the boys and girls in Ireland to write and post their letters to me as soon as possible,” said Santa in his letter

He said the children need to write their own letter to Santa and then put it in a sealed envelope addressed to ‘Santa Claus, The North Pole’.

They must also write their own name and full postal address in clear handwriting on the top left-hand corner on the front of the envelope.

A national ‘N’ rate stamp then goes on the top right-hand corner and the letter needs to be posted in a green An Post postbox.

“My friends in An Post are helping me to reply to as many children’s letters as possible again this year,” wrote Santa.

He finished his letter by “wishing everyone a very Happy and Magical Christmas” and added that his reindeer are “looking forward to some nice treats along the way”.
