A 32-year-old man has appeared before Bray District Court this morning charged with the murder of David Spain in Shankill on St Stephen’s Day.

RTÉ News reports that Wayne Kennedy, with an address at Rathsallagh Park, Shankill, was also charged with assault causing harm to a second man.

The two men were found injured on a road in the Rathsallagh Park estate  in the early hours of Thursday morning.
